Q: How do I place my order?
A: Place your order with Sign Star by calling 337.421.0059 or by filling out our questionnaire form and submitting or email us at jobs@signsuperstar.com

Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Turnaround times depend on the scope of your project. There are always variables in your project - design approval, initial artwork, quantity, etc...

These are the typical turnaround times for designing, printing and installation (Working Days)....

1 - 2 days: Yard signs, magnetics, window lettering, banners, posters, aluminum signs, decals, light car graphics
3 - 5 days: Construction signs, interior wall graphics, tradeshow and exhibit graphics
6 - 12 days: Vehicle Wraps (Design & Printing)
30 - 35 days: Routed signs, channel lit signs, sand blasted signs

Artwork / Graphics FAQ's

Q: Can Sign Star design my artwork for me?
A: We sure can.... Sign Star employs two very talented graphic artists, who have a combined 30 yrs of experience. We use our talent and the latest software to create mind blowing graphics.

Q: Can I use my existing logo and artwork in my project?
A: As long as the artwork is in a high resolution format that we can work with, this is not a problem. Preferred formats are .eps, .tif, .jpeg, .pdf, .ai, .psd. The quality of your finished product is determined by the quality of your original artwork. Logos that are created in Adobe Illustrator or line art are the best to work with because they are scalable, meaning we can increase the size without loosing clarity.

Images that are pulled off fo the web, are low resolution (72dpi, 2 inches x 2 inches) and if we have to scale them up to 5 foot wide are not going to reproduce very well. They will look pixelated / grainy.

A good rule of thumb is to have your images no smaller than 25% of your finished printed size and at 300 dpi. If your finished product is 5 foot (60 inches), you'd want your original artwork to be at least 15 inches wide.....
